You can name it the same as your business, if you have just one, or you can give it a generic name. Ex. Venture Capital, Mike's Plumbing, Fortune Builders of America. DO NOT put "dba" or "LLC", or the like, in the title.

This is the person that will manage the Trust, typically yourself.

This person(s) will also have access to deposit and withdraw funds, buy/sell assets with the Trust.

This is the Beneficial Trust(s) that will receive funds from the Business Trust.

We want to ensure those who refer clients are compensated appropriately.
